Lyme Bay Winery

Lyme Bay Winery specializes in producing mead, also known as honey wine, using very traditional methods.
In addition to mead, they also produce wine, fruit wines, liqueurs, and a small selection of spirits. Traditional ciders are also part of their product range.

Lyme Bay Winery is located in Devon, about 30 kilometers east of Exeter, in the scenic Axe Valley. In 2009, they took on the challenge of growing their own wine grapes by planting an impressive 26,000 vines. Today, they are increasingly producing traditional wines from their own grapes.
