The word Chakra comes from the anchient language of Sanskrit, meaning wheel or cycle. This refers to the esotheric theories, refering to the energy centres in the body. Chakra ideology is studied in the mythical yoga practises as well as in Hinduism. By understanding these energy centres we can balance our energies.
