Rodenbach

Brouwerij Rodenbach was founded in 1836 by Pedro Rodenbach and his wife Regina Wauters. Soon after, Eugène Rodenbach joined the brewery. He extensively studied beer vinification techniques, and it is thanks to him that Rodenbach developed its unique and remarkable brewing style.

The brewery currently houses 294 oak maturation foeders, some of which are over 150 years old and still in use!

PALM Breweries acquired Rodenbach and, together with the Flemish regional government, works to protect and preserve the cultural heritage of this exceptional brewery — and its beers!

Today, Rodenbach is part of the Royal Swinkels group.
