Ets Guillet Frères (Kerisac)
The French cider producer, family company Cidrerie Kerisac is in Gouenrouet, roughly 30 km north from Nantes. Kerisac produces traditionally made quality ciders, using only apples from Bretagne and traditional, very labour intensive production methods. We have in our selection their Cidre Breton, lightly filtered - slightly hazy - dry apple cider.

Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm
Healey's is the largest independent cider producer in Cornwall. This family company was founded in 1980 and the first apple trees of their own were planted in 1986. The estate itself is already 150 years old and one of the goals of this family is to create new life in this beautiful, traditional farm.

Mike Henney started producing cider as a hobby in Herefordshire in 1996. Within a few years the passionate hobby turned into a full-time job. The apple varieties all come from the Herefordshire region.
